Structural dimension check: check the material, structure, diameter, eccentricity and thickness of each part of the cable to meet the standard.
Conductor DC resistance: check the cable core material and cross section, through the DC resistance conversion is to check the core line of the physical cross-sectional area is consistent with the standard, and check the core surface is damp, oxidation, etc..
Insulation thermal elongation test: for the inspection of XLPE insulation material, the cross linking degree of the main insulation of the cable is to investigate whether the insulation raw material quality and the crosslinking process are up to standard. If the insulation thermal extension is not qualified, it will reflect the poor insulation performance of the cable products, which may cause accelerated aging deformation of the cable during the long running process, and eventually form breakdown.
